My Approach:

I aim to treat my collaborators with kindness and respect. Directing is a teaching and learning experience for everyone apart of a project and everyone’s voices should be heard as well as valued. My specialty is bringing people’s voices together to create a cohesive piece. Even in spaces where I am not “directing” I am using my powers of communication to uplift my peers as well as my own ideas.
